BAUM, BRUCE
Dr R Bruce Baum, a legend in his own mind, is a Professor in the Exceptional Education Department at Buffalo State College and the "Head Honcho" of HumorCreativity.Com. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and his doctorate from Indiana University. Dr Baum is the author or How to Motivate Audiences: 121 Energizers, Icebreakers, and Activities for Promoting Creative Problem Solving, Teamwork and Laughter (Bates-Jackson, 2003). Dr Baum is a Colleague in the Creative Education Foundation, a leader in the Annual Creative Problem Solving Institute, a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, an Associate with the Center for Development of Human Services, a certified Laughter Leader and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor. He has conducted numerous programs on humor, creativity, team building, educating individuals with disabilities, coping with difficult people, communication, self-esteem and managing stress. In his spare time, Dr Baum is a Rocket Scientist, Bronco Rider, Taxidermist, Explorer, Gourmet and Brain Surgeon. |

BIEBUYCK, EVA
Eva Biebuyck is a catalyst for change. Educated locally and abroad she holds the following qualifications: BSc (Natal), BEd (Witwatersrand), MA (Conn), UED (Natal). Initially Eva taught the sciences and mathematics in the conventional school system. After completion of her master's degree in the United States, her specialisation in the education of talented and gifted children led to an appointment as Director of the Schmerenbeck Educational Centre for Gifted Children. The Centre operated in association with the University of the Witwatersrand. Subsequently Eva became involved in the training of adults. In her own right she has held numerous workshops but has also worked extensively with Kobus Neethling, an acknowledged expert in the use of creative thinking in the workplace. In this context she worked with parastatals and companies with the objective of empowering staff to better handle change in a period of transition. More recently, she started a business, Maths Made Easy. Eva has been a presenter for the last six years at the Annual International Creativity Conference held in South Africa. |

BLACK, ALAN - Ph.D, CSP.
Alan (Robert Alan Black, Ph.D., CSP) is a Creative Thinking Consultant who focuses upon the developme nt of creative thinking, leading, communicating, teamwork and problem solving skills in the workplace. His company is Cre8ng People, Places & Possibilities. When not traveling the world, Alan calls Athens, Georgia home. As a consultant, speaker and author, he helps people expand and enrich their natural creative abilities. Alan uses his 49 years of daily creative work experience at 47 different jobs in eight fields, lasting from one day to 25+ years, along with his formal education in creativity, design, architecture, counseling and educational psychology to provide: examples, skills, tools and techniques to everyone in his groups and audiences. He also has been voted “Employee of the Month” over 300 months in a row. Life to him is “A Creative Journey, Not a Guided Tour. “ Since 1976 he has given over 3400 presentations around the US and the globe. Plus he has written and co-written over 30 books and has had over 400 articles published. |

Annalie Botha is a lecturer at the
University
of
Pretoria
. She specializes in Early Childhood Education, Creative Thinking, Life Skills, Original Classroom Practices and Paradigm Shifts. She is also the organizer of Tuks Creative Student Society on campus. is an enthusiastic High School English Teacher currently teaching at Lowveld High School in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. She has presented with Dr Ina Joubert en ek during three previous Creative Conferences at Klein Kariba and is the Ultimate Queen of the Universe.

Branko Broekman
Branko is a sculptor and innovation advisor, founder of CreAspect, a consulting firm serving individuals and businesses to exploit their innovative potential. Since ’97 he worked with numerous individuals, private and public organizations in Europe and the USA. He is a certified Master Coach in Intercultural Neuro-Linguistic Programming for individuals. Formally educated as landscape architect and environmental engineer, Branko discovered the strengths of creative problem solving when he was working in the field of integral water management at the Ministry of Water Management and Public Works in the Netherlands. He is currently completing a Masters in Creativity and Change Leadership at the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State College. In his business he combines his passion, knowledge and experience to advise, train and facilitate people to switch on their imagination
and to create.
