HORTH, DAVID MAGELLAN

David is co-author with Charles J Palus of The Leader's Edge: Six Creative Competencies for Navigating Complex Challenges. David is a senior faculty member, program designer, and project manager in Custom Soloutions at the Center for Creative Leadership with a specialty in the creative aspects of leadership. He joined the Center in 1990. David led the development of Leading Creatively, a five-day program which bridges between the world of art and the world of business. It features a series of art-making experiences targeted at developing creative leadership. David is an accomplished trainer in a range of custom and open-enroollment programs, including the Development Program (LDP), the Looking Glass Experience (LGE)®. His fluency with both the technical and administrative aspects of business combined with his creative and artistic flair, makes him sought after worldwide as unieque keynote speaker, presenter, and workshop facilitator at both business and creativity-oriented conferences.


HUNTON, TIFFANY

Hunton Tiffany is former CEO and present Chairman of The Fauquier Bank, a public commercial banking company in the US. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Fauquier Hospital, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The Highland School, and has served on a number of other for-profit and not-for-profit boards, including present service as Vice-President and Board Member of Creative Education Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. He is certified to train Character Counts!, a program offered through the Josephson Institute of Ethics.


HURSON, TIM

Tim is one of North America's pioneers of idea marketing. He has helped major organisations in the US, Canada and the UK create innovation, marketing, new product and workplace transformation programs. He has trained thousands of executives in improving their thinking skills and their ability to communicate their ideas. His keynote speeches on creative intelligence, perception and leadership are in demand throughout the world. He has written numerous articles on improving creative intelligence both in the workplace and at home. Tim is co-author of "thinkx", a productive thinking model and delivery system that helps organisations identify and develop their untapped thinking capacity.

Tim is a contributor to the most recent edition (1998) of Roger von Oech's A Whack on the Side of the Head. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, is Chair of the Board or Directors of the Responsible Gambling Council of Canada, Chair of the YMCA Employment and Community Services Advisory Council, member of the Governing Council of the YMCA of Metropolitan Toronto, member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (Toronto), and member of the Board of Trustees of the Creative Education Foundation (Hadley, MA). He is also a co-founder of a new non-profit, volunteer organisation, Facilitators Without Borders, whose mission is to assist communities in civic problem-solving and opportunity-finding.


HUYSSTEEN, RD VAN

Before retiring, RD was responsible for information systems at Iscor. Since early childhood he demonstrated a keen interest in music taking part in various competitions. He joined the Pretoria Youth Choir which led to his involvement and participation in various choirs and quartets. A friendship developed with South African icon, Koos du Plessis, who was his inspiration in getting involved in the music and lyrical movement. Since 1980 accompanies the popular South African singer, Janita Classen and other artists, also acting as master of ceremonies, sound expert, and of course taking part in the singing at these popular concerts.

LE STORTI, ANTHONY J

Anthony Le Storti is Executive Consultant for IDEATECTS® Inc., a firm specialising in creativity, leadership, and the dynamics of human systems. He founded and directed the Center for Creative Studies at Gwynedd-Mercy College and has taught graduate courses at La Salle University, Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania. He has an established reputation as a consultant, author and process leader, and has presented widely at major conferences and institutes. His clientele include Fortune 500 corporations as well as educational and nonprofit organisations. A former special warfare officer decorated for service in Vietnam, he holds degrees from La Salle and Temple Universities and has completed executive programs at Harvard Law School, JFK School of Government, and Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Creativity Association, a Colleague of the Creative Education Foundation and a recipient of that Foundation's Leadership Services and Commitment Award.
