RAJAH, KANES
BSc., MSc., PhD. Kanes Rajah is Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurship at the University of Greenwich. This Centre is unique, it champions creativity and leadership in entrepreneurship and this is seen in all their work. He has extensive management and business experience, having spent 25 years in international senior marketing management, commodity training and is President of his own management consultancy, Klondyke Management Consultants. Kanes is an eclectic professional. He is a writer and broadcaster and regularly publishes scholarly work in science, technology and business. He is certificated in the use of psychometric instruments and is an active researcher and practitioner of Kirton's Adaptor-Innovator inventory which he uses extensively in his classes and on his SME as well as corporate client groups in the UK and overseas. He is founder member of the Business Creativity Network, the Aberystwyth Creativity Laboratory and The Creativity Unleashed Consortium.

RUTHERFORD, RACHÈ
Rachè has been involved in identifying and developing creative behaviour as part of the Kobus Neethling Group for more than 10 years. She is also director of Solutionsfinding, which focuses on the distribution and management of instruments developed by the Kobus Neethling Group. She is involved in the development of creativity programmes in various South African and overseas Companies, (such as Anglo Platinum, Citadel, Sanlam, Sasol, SAAF), schools and other institutions. Rachè is also the co-author of more than 40 books, including the best sellers which she co-authored with Dr Kobus Neethling.: Am I clever or am I stupid?; Creative people can perform miracles; Smart Parents, Courage; Whole-Brain Sexuality, Think like Jesus and Feel Like Jesus and Talk to your Food. She has appeared on several TV and radio programmes as a creativity expert and writes regular magazine articles on creativity.

SCHOONWINKEL, LIESL
EBA (Hon); Higher Education Dipl. At present training and talks on creativity and wholebrain thinking to schools, community groups, public organisations and private companies through the Kobus Neethling Group. As Programme Manager for Student Support at a college, Liesl utilizes the four-quadrant Neethling Brain Instrument for career guidance and train students in creative thinking as part of lifeskills.
Her involvement with learnerships and skills training at the college has lead her to believe that mentorship in the workplace is South Africa's answer to up-skilling and uplifting all economic role-players. Establishing company to do mentorship training.

VARDIS, HARRY
Author of international best seller POTATOES? NOT YET! Harry Vardis’ passion is conducting workshops that truly change people’s lives through creative thinking. As founder of The Creative Focus Institute, he offers courses to MBA and Executive MBA students on creative leadership at such diverse schools as Emory University, Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Novartis University and Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City. As a faculty member of The Creative Education Foundation, he has been a popular teacher in both their adult and youth programs for the last ten years. He is the director of the new Creativity and Innovation Project at Kennesaw State University, a project dedicated to the advancement of creative thinking in business and education. In this capacity Harry and the project’s faculty train corporate executives, students and educators to apply creative thinking in business and education. In his former career as an advertising executive, he received to EFFIE awards for effective communications research and a Financial World award for excellence in communications. He delivers workshops and seminars internationally on applied creativity at work and in people’s daily lives.

Ken Wall is well-known as an international presenter, a most perceptive consultant and coach, a leader in his field and engaging facilitator - presenting, writing and speaking with clarity and persuasive impact. Ken holds qualifications in Engineering, followed by a second degree in Industrial Psychology and Economics. WISEMAN, EDWARD
Edward E Wiseman, President of the American Institute of Management and International Training brings over 25 years experience to his worldwide clients. He has been a forerunner leading companies to achieve their full potential through the application of Creativity to their human systems. He is one of the most sought after management, organisational and human development resources in the world today. Ed has been a keynote speaker at hundreds of venues in North America, Central America, South America and Africa. He has been on the faculty of New York University at Buffalo for 30 years at their annual Creative Problem Solving Institute. This is a large international conference of over 1000 people, that hosts up to 40 countries each year and is considered "the" conference on Creativity and Innovation. Ed has appeared on national television in South Africa and was a major presenter on a mini series on Creative Parenting. He has also been a key note and session presenter at the Annual International Creativity Conference in Africa since 1994.

WOLFE, OLWEN
Being American and French with a Welsh grandmother, Olwen was fascinated by intercultural issues early on. She has always worked internationally, initially in qualitative research, and later also in generating ideas for marketing and in cross-cultural team building.

Olwen holds a master's degree in economics and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Paris. She trained in creative problem-solving methods in France (Bessis, Jaoui) and the United States (Creative Problem Solving Institute).
Current personal passions are improvisational theatre, rock 'n roll dancing and wine tasting.
