Cost:
Because we are booked out every year months before October, we urge you to please register early. Although the general cost has gone up by 2%, we are offering you the remarkable registration fee of R4250,00 + R595,00 (VAT) = R4845,00. (US$580; E400). . This fee includes full accommodation at Klein Kariba. This is a quarter of the cost that you would have to pay for similar conferences anywhere else in the world.

This fee includes:
- Accommodation from the afternoon of Tuesday 6th until morning tea on Friday 9th October 2009.
- All meals from the evening of the 6th until the morning of the 9th October 2009.
- Tea, coffee, snacks during tea-breaks.
- Conference material.
- Attendance of all keynotes, sessions, workshops, evening entertainment.

PLEASE NOTE:
An important addition to the accommodation!
Last year delegates made use of the caravan park at Klein Kariba Resort and recommended that we include the caravan park in the accommodation offered to delegates. We are able to secure 20 CARAVAN STANDS. This is wonderful for those of you who would like to bring your family to enjoy a short holiday while you attend the conference. Please contact us for the reduced caravan registration fee.
Dress: Informal throughout the Conference
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be considered, unless written notification is received 1 week before the course commences. A cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from any such refund. A 100% fee will be charged to delegates who book without prior payment and fail to attend the course. Substitution of delegates is permitted.
