Cost:
We urge you to register early. Although the general cost has gone up by 2%, we are offering you the remarkable registration fee of R3500,00 + R490,00 (btw) = R3990,00. = (US$382.5; E306). The fee includes full accommodation at Klein Kariba.

This fee includes:

• Accommodation from the afternoon of Sunday 4th until morning tea on Tuesday 6th October 2009.
• All meals from the evening of the 4th until the morning of the 6th October 2009.
• Tea, coffee, snacks during tea-breaks.
• Conference material.
• Attendance of all keynotes, sessions, workshops, evening entertainment.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing. 50% fee will be returned if cancellation is received before 1 September 2009. No refunds or portion thereof will be made for cancellations received after 10/09/09.
